RESERVATION POLICY
-A non-holiday reservation requires a deposit of one night or 50% of the total amount - which ever is greater credit cards, cash or checks are accepted. Checks must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
-A holiday reservation, requires payment in full at the time of booking- credit cards or checks accepted for holiday reservations. Checks must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
-Call for current deposit information on group reservations - checks or cash only for group reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- An individual room reservation requires a 14-day cancellation notice to receive refund of your deposit,
less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- A holiday reservation requires a 30-day cancellation notice to receive refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee per room. If cancellation occurs within the 30 days, refunds will be made only if we can rebook your entire reservation.
- Call for current cancellation information on group reservations.
